A clear execution model across responsibilities.
Institutional evaluation starts with understanding where accountability sits. The Kodiac mandate layer coordinates desk workflows; brokers retain account and custody responsibilities under their terms.
Responsibility flow
Client → Broker → Mandate Layer → Desk → Reporting
This model is intended to clarify roles. It does not claim liquidity provision, prime brokerage, DMA or tiered market-access status.
Client
Defines capital objectives and agrees mandate scope, risk parameters and operating preferences subject to eligibility and documentation.
Broker
Provides the brokerage account infrastructure, custody where applicable, instrument availability and order handling under its own terms.
Kodiac Mandate Layer
Coordinates mandate configuration, desk execution workflows, risk oversight and reporting subject to the selected connectivity model.
Desk Execution
Eligible actions run through supported broker environments under the agreed mandate and available technical connectivity.
Reporting
Activity, status and structured mandate reporting are provided through the Kodiac platform for institutional oversight.
Integration-Dependent Scope
Available desk behaviour, instruments, reporting detail and operational controls depend on the selected broker, integration method, account environment and applicable agreement. Kodiac does not replace the broker's own execution and custody framework.
